What is included

What is not included

The fee does not include medicines, prescriptions, treatment packages, laboratory tests, travel, or any promise of a clinical outcome.

After payment

The confirmation page displays our WhatsApp QR code. The care team receives available records, matches the receiving clinician and confirms the private video appointment time.

Adults seeking an overseas consultation for serious or complex cancer cases across tumor types. Individual suitability is confirmed after review.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

You may cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time for a full refund of the USD $30 consultation fee. A confirmed appointment may be rescheduled once without charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment time are not refundable, except where Tongrenkang cannot provide the scheduled appointment; in that event, you may choose a new appointment time or a full refund.
